Create a Certificate of Completion

The video will show you how to customize the appearance of each section of the certificate (i.e., page, header, congratulations, footer and score sections). It also demonstrates how to enter and edit certificate content and save the certificate for future use.

View Survey Results
The video below demonstrates how to view your test or survey results. The video will show you how to open the Results Viewer; select responses for a particular test or survey and analyze those responses in various formats such as summation, reports and graphs. You will see how the cross-question analysis is used (compare responses of two groups to the same question) and how to apply filters (view only the responses that fall into the criteria you set), as well as, how to print your results.
