Features - Result Viewer

PROTASM collects and organizes completed surveys and tests. Sophisticated analysis tools, which are launched from the Results Viewer, give you in-depth information about the data collected. Data can be displayed in both tabular and graphic form, as well as printed and exported.

Charts and Graphs

The Results Viewer automatically generates charts and graphs of your results data. You can choose from seven types of graphs

Question Analysis

You can view statistics on the answers users selected for each particular question. The results show graphically, in the currently selected chart style, how many users selected each answer choice.

Cross-Question Analysis

The Cross-Question Analysis option lets you compare answers for two different questions. This allows you to co-relate data with your test or survey. For example, you can discover how certain age groups responded to a particular question.

User Group Analysis

This analysis option lets you compare Test results between two user groups. The average Test score is charted for each group. This option is not available for Surveys, since they are not scored.

Individual User and User Group Responses

The User Responses option shows you statistics on how user groups and individual users performed on the Test or Survey.

Reports

The Reports feature outputs your Test or Survey results in a report format. You can print the report or save it as a file.

Filters

You can create and apply a filter to your report to view only the results that fit into parameters you define.
